COMPANY HISTORY :

Became a TM-SCM member of National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) in year 2008-09 in Segments Capital Market, Futures & Options & Currency Derivatives.

Became a TM-SCM member of Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (BSE) in the year 2014 in Segments Capital Market, Equity & Currency Derivatives.

Became a TM member of Multi-Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX) in the year 2014.

Became a CDSL Depository Participant in the year 2022.

Mr. Ram Chandra Goenka is the Chairman & Director of the Company having a vast experience since the year 1970 in the Financial Market Industry.               

Mr. Gyandeep Khemka (Director) is also having a vast experience since the year 1990 in the Stock Market Industry & expertise in Derivatives Trading.
